Shipping

The Shop is proud to use Canada Post for all your shipping needs. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and are usually shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Shipping is unavailable on weekends and major holidays.

Shipping is available throughout Canada & the US only.  We do not at this time ship internationally. 

Please note: once packages leave the Predator Ridge premises we cannot be responsible for Canada Post/USPS delivery performance.

Returns

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase or gift from The Shop please do not hesitate to return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply follow the steps below or contact: golfshop@predatorridge.com.

- Pack the item securely. Enclose a copy of the Packing Slip you received with your order or a copy of the Purchase Receipt. Please note the reason for your return.

- Please include a contact name, email address and daytime phone number.

- Credit for returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase; please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to show on your credit card statement.

Please note: Predator Ridge only accepts returns on unwashed, unworn merchandise with all original tags attached. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.
